UK Shipping Options:

At checkout, you can choose from the following delivery services:

• Standard Delivery – A cost-effective option for most orders. This service is fully tracked and typically arrives within 3–5 working days from dispatch.

• Express Delivery – A faster, fully tracked service, with delivery typically within 1–3 working days from dispatch. Orders placed before 12pm (noon) are usually dispatched the same working day.

Delivery charges are based on the total weight of your order and your chosen delivery method. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.

All orders are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely.

Pricing and Postage:

Isle of Man & Jersey Shipping:

We are pleased to offer shipping to the Isle of Man and Jersey.

• Isle of Man – Orders are treated like UK deliveries, including UK VAT, and no additional customs charges apply. Delivery times are typically 3–5 working days for standard shipping.

• Jersey – Orders are treated as international shipments. UK VAT is not charged, and your parcel may be subject to local taxes, import duties, and handling fees, which are collected by local authorities upon delivery. Delivery times are typically 3–5 working days for standard shipping.

International Shipping:

We currently offer shipping to Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, and the Netherlands:

• Shipping cost (per order, up to 21 kg, tracked via DPD):

  • France: £9.95

  • Germany: £10.30

  • Netherlands: £13.60

  • Ireland: £13.80

  • Austria: £14.90

• Estimated delivery time: 4–7 working days from dispatch

Please note: Your parcel may be subject to import VAT and duties, which are collected by your local authorities. You may be asked to pay these before your parcel is delivered, usually via a secure link from the carrier. The amount is based on the value of the goods plus shipping and may include a small handling fee.
